SecurEnds Product Engineering needs to be performing scheduled maintenance from time to time in order to perform important updates to the core platform. This being an off-hours release we will ensure no users are logged in or no sync are underway. We are doing a scheduled release that will go into effect as of April 12, 2021 at 2:00 AM EST and will resolve the following items :
Campaign Reviews
- Fixed issues where Entitlement Custodian elections would not be visible withing the review screen
- Fixed issues where the Entitlement Custodian was not being correctly assigned upon resync of an application
- Improved Campaign creation performance
Email Audit
- Fixed timeout issue with Email Audit that would return an error when accessing the view/resend function
Row Count
- Fixed issue where the correct number of rows was not being displayed properly when updated within Page Configurations
Product Improvements
- Improved sync process performance to handle larger data applications at a quicker rate
- Connectors and Flex Connectors now display “Regular” instead of “R” for Employee Type
- All side pop-up windows will now be closed when you explicitly click on the “X” in the top right corner
- CSV UTF-8 file formats are now supported within SOR, Applications, Bulk assign, Unassign, Bulk Exclude, and Restore
- Sorting of “Manager Email ID” in People screen issue is fixed
- Changed the title “Login ID” to “Credential” for mapping of column headers in Applications
- Adding a user in “People” tab – error handling issue is resolved, now only required fields will display in red if not populated
- Updated the “Sample CSV” file available for download to display the same columns that are used for mapping in SecurEnds
UI Updates
- Grey menu bar at the top of each screen is now uniform between screens
- Column header titles now uniform across screens
- Alignment of “Clear” button has been updated in “Entitlement Mindmap” Screen
- Alternate Reviewer selection has moved to the bottom of the Campaign Review list within Campaign Creation
Campaign Reports
- Fixed issues with the generation of PDF reports on close of a campaign
- Sorting of “Status” in Campaign Report screen issue is fixed
Ticketing
- ServiceNow configuration field names are updated to user friendly names
- Updated ServiceNow error handling messages within configuration page
- Fixed issue to now the “save” button will display displaying in the “Ticketing System” configuration exiting and returning into the configuration window
