  • To ensure actions are taken after review elections are made, SecurEnds notifies appropriate end users
How are the responsible people notified to make changes?
  • End users are notified in 1 of 2 ways
    • Email
      • During campaign creation, appropriate end users are selected to receive information regarding campaign updates. Emails can be sent to a ticketing system.
    • Ticketing System
      • If your organization set up a ticketing system integration with us, tickets related to changes will be automatically created in a ticket. Ticketing ID and Status will be tracked in the Campaign Reports
