Best Practices

• Ensure headers are exact match
  • Traditional file uploads into SecurEnds allow header matching within the tool; however, when using FTP/SFTP Flex Connector, files uploaded must have exact header match for system to recognize.
• Accepted File Format
  • .csv (comma separated values)
    • Traditional file uploads allow more formatting options, but for this Flex Connector only .csv (comma separated values) is accepted.
