Summary

SecurEnds is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to clearly communicate the story of our products and their benefits. This role will be responsible for developing product messaging strategy across all channels and personas, as well as marketing plans for new product features and launches. Candidates should have a background in B2B marketing and samples of high-quality content for technology products and features.

Role and Responsibilities:
Align with the Product and Sales teams on strategy and messaging
Work with Demand Generation and Sales teams to identify effective campaigns & content, as well as identify opportunities to scale them
Write content to educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits
Write content to create demand for products
Collaborate across the organization to help develop and execute programs to impact sales to new and existing customers, including content creation for product features and launches, demand generation programs, website content, social media, product videos, webinars, case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and more
Support the go-to-market plan with relevant product content creation
Assist the Demand Generation with the execution customer acquisition campaigns
Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
Research assigned topics and write articles as a subject-matter expert, conducting interviews and obtaining quotes as needed
Assist with writing/content requests as directed
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a related area
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Past experience in product marketing
Experience creating content that aligns with company style and brand guidelines
Excellent writer (have sample links ready)
Excellent oral communication skills (including in-person, phone, and email)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works well in a collaborative, cross-team capacity, and also independently
Strong project management skills
Strong problem-solving ability and performance/metrics-driven thinking
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with extremely good follow-up
Basic knowledge of SEO content, Google Analytics
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
