Implementation Consultant

The role of an Implementation Consultant (IC) at SecurEnds is to work very closely with other Implementation Consultants, Managers, Engineers, and Sales Associates to drive success with the SecurEnds tool. A successful Implementation Consultant will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, have a professional work ethic, be a strong team plater, have a talent for quickly learning new skills, being well organized to keep projects on-track, and have a burning desire to face difficult challenges head on and succeed. In this role the IC will work across multiple teams throughout all phases of an Implementation’s life cycle. This position will report to an Implementation Manager.

Responsibilities:

Establish yourself as trusted resource on SecurEnds’ SaaS Identity Governance Product
Own the functional and technical aspects of tailored demos and implementations
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering during the life cycle of an implementation
Own and coordinate the full life cycle of an implementation with multiple clients simultaneously
Understand customer use cases and communicate technical requirements to both product and offshore development teams
Work hands on with Clients to both incorporate their data into the SecurEnds Product and train them on how to successfully utilize the product
Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems
Schedule, track, and communicate client implementation milestones and trainings
Actively update training documentation and report on customer use cases
Willingness to travel to customer location if needed

Requirements:

2-4 years of relevant experience in professional services or solution engineering/ customer enablement in SaaS company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to drive customer meetings or host webinars
Strong entrepreneurial blend with willingness to pivot to new opportunities and contribute to company’s growth
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related subject
Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Remote positions are available.

Travel:
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Should be eligible to work in the United States.

Local/Remote Positions Available:
Local work is based out of the Greater Atlanta, Georgia Area but remote positions across the United States are available.
