**Best Practices**

- Ensure headers are exact match
  - Traditional file uploads into SecurEnds allow header matching within the tool; however, when using FTP/SFTP Flex Connector, files uploaded must have exact header match for system to recognize.
- Accepted File Format
  - .csv (comma separated values)
    - Traditional file uploads allow more formatting options, but for this Flex Connector only .csv (comma separated values) is accepted.
