Demand and Lead Generation Manager
SecurEnds is looking for an experienced and self-directed Demand & Lead Generation Manager to drive our lead generation automation efforts with marketing, inside sales, and partners, maintain and optimize lead scoring, and develop robust B2B software inbound and outbound demand generation programs to help us accelerate MQL, SQL and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience
building nurture workflows within HubSpot for top and bottom funnel campaigns across the buyer’s journey and demonstrate successful campaign performance from all demand generation channels.
You will lead the development and execution of lead generation plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-channel programs, including both inbound and outbound tactics to meet pipeline requirements of account segments.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Leverage marketing automation to create multi-segment and regional programs to drive qualified leads
Develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns in alignment with target markets, product launches and OKRs
Coordinate integration and collaborate on a full-funnel demand strategy inclusive of web, social, paid ads, email nurture and other tactics that generate sales pipeline and win business
Understand and articulate the buyer’s journey across global segments
Track, analyze and report out on campaign performance and insights
Manage Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for named accounts provided by Sales and discover new accounts through targeted demand generation programs
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional areas as it relates to go-to-market strategy, lead quality and pipeline acceleration
Manage demand gen tactics and tools including email, webinars, website, social and more.
We’re looking for people who have:
5+ years’ experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or enterprise marketing role for B2B software products, preferred in cybersecurity, identity governance SaaS products
Proven, hands-on experience deploying, managing, and optimizing HubSpot workflows
A strong understanding of ABM, marketing automation, CRM, lead scoring, segmentation, revenue attribution, influence and ROI
Experience working with cross-functional, regional teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, high energy and enthusiasm
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
Dynamic and creative with knowledge and experience of the digital landscape and online trends
Experience working for a software and cybersecurity product company a plus
